I've been with this practice for 23 years now. The staff, nurses and doctors constantly go out of their way to make each visit a pleasant and informative experience. I'm always confident my children's well being and our family as a whole is first and foremost in their minds. My go to doctor here is Liza Burns- love her! She is extremely patient and has always made me feel like my boys are her only patients. When you leave the office, Dr. Burns care doesn't end there. She is quick to follow up and check in to see how everyone is doing. She is hands down the best pediatrician ever. My encounters with the other doctors of this practice for sick appointments, etc. are all just as wonderful. I highly recommend this practice to all parents!

Children First Pediatrics has been taking care of my children since 2004. The doctors always approach my kids with age appropriate banter making them more comfortable and take the time to address all my questions and concerns. I really appreciate Dr. Cynthia Fishman’s style and kid centered care. The nurses are very patient with vaccination woes. I’m glad to say front desk service has improved, finally matching doctor and nurse kindness.

Excellent practice. I’ve had nothing but good experiences here over the past 10 years. All the pediatricians and nursing staff are lovely. They listen careful to your concerns, talk through every option with you and just make you feel reassured about having your children under their medical care. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely LOVE Children First. They are out of the way as I live in Damascus but we have been making our way down to the best pediatrician office for at least 13 years.Everyone knows our names and Dr. Amy is top notch. She comes to appointments ready to speak about concerns from the last appt and just picks up where we left off. She's wonderful with autonomy and reminding children about safe adults and asking permission before moving forward with exam.The office is very accommodating with multiples and blocking appointments for multiple children.Love the staff so much and they are like family. The office hours are flexible and the office is always clean and ready for patients. I've never sat in the waiting room more than 5 minutes.CFP is the best!!

I have been taking my two youngest to this practice for the past 5 years and there are not enough words to express the kindness, professionalism and such a sense of a family of its (the practice) own.We would like to thank Eli and Angel (Rockville) for going above and beyond their clerical duties. The compassion from the staff after finding out we had a flat tire was amazing. Thank you both for taking your lunch break to help my son and I with our car.

Absolutely LOVE our pediatrician office!! The staff are all attentive and kind. After being in the practice for 12 years, they are like family! There's never a wait to be seen and I love that well visits can be scheduled a year out. Highly recommend!
